By creating an account, accessing, or using Jhatpatly ("Service", "Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Service Description & Subscriptions

Jhatpatly provides social media post scheduling, comment-to-DM automation, CRM lead capture, and performance analytics across connected third-party platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads).

Paid plans (Pro, Agency) are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing settings.

3. Acceptable Use & Platform Compliance

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to distribute spam, or to violate the developer policies and terms of service of any connected platform (Meta Graph API, X API, TikTok Developer Terms, LinkedIn API).

Jhatpatly reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in abusive automation, rate-limit bypassing, or unauthorized data scraping.

4. Data Protection & Privacy

Your privacy is paramount. Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023.

5. Limitation of Liability

Jhatpatly is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for third-party platform API outages, rate limiting imposed by external networks, or account actions taken by third-party platforms.
