Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Free Trial (No Credit Card Required)
Every new user receives full access to Jhatpatly Pro features for 14 days without entering payment details. You are never automatically billed unless you explicitly choose to upgrade to a paid plan.
2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you upgrade to any paid plan (Pro or Agency) and are not completely satisfied with our service within the first 7 days of your initial billing date, you can request a full 100% refund.
To request a refund within 7 days, email support@jhatpatly.world with your registered account email. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
3. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from the Dashboard → Billing settings page. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period.
- You will not be billed again in subsequent billing cycles.
- Your account will automatically downgrade to the Free plan with all existing data preserved.
